Dried noodle making machine also called non-fried noodle making machine,it’s different with fried instant noodle machine. Fried noodle cake need through oil frying.Dried noodle cake don’t need it.
Our factory non-fried noodle making machine has model KDN200 ,KDN300,KDN400,KDN510,KDN630,KDN800,KDN 1000.
drying time is about 45 minutes. But sometimes it's 30-40 minutes if customer's noodle cake is thin.
We can also choose different kinds of dryer accrod customer's workshop size . For example we can make 3 layers, 5 layers ,7 layers, 9 layers drying machine . The length will be short and he height will change tall if dryer has more layers . This is flexible.
We have a big advantage for the non-fried noodle making machine. Before we made one set model 1000(means noodle machine roller width is 1 meter) dried noodle machine for my customer. The capacity is 300,000 pics 8 hours. This is a large capacity.

Cup is usually made of paper or PE , has double or single paper . Customer can choose to buy cup making machine or buy cups directly from the market.
There are also one fork and seasoning bag matching with noodle cake .It's easy for people eating when they are outside.
What's the difference between the instant cup noodle making machine and square square noodle making machine?
The front parts are all same like flour mixing machine, rolling machine ,steaming machine. There are two parts are different.First part is noodle cutting and folding machine.
Square noodle cutting and folding is different with round noodle cutting. They have a different working way.
Second part different is mold (noodle box), one is square shape box, one is round noodle box.

The automated continuous dried stick noodle making machine include alkali water mixer, measuring water supply, flour mixing,aging, compound rolling machine, continuous rolling machine, slitting, shelf transportation, cutting the bottom of noodle neatly, drying and putting- down, cutting and packing.
Dried stick noodle making machine usually cut into 12cm to 30 cm . Drying time is about 4 hours .Material is wheat flour . But we can add little vegetable powder or sauce, egg powder to make change into other color . There are two types drying way, one is several lines go ahead straightly together . The other type is only one line go ahead circularly.

Chow mein noodle making machine also called hand made noodle making machine.
Process: Flour mixing --- aging ---- dough pressing ---- rod hanging ---- high pressure steaming ---- put noodle into box by hand ---- drying ---- cooling ----- packing.
Chowmein noodle will be better after through high pressure steaming. The noodle is more loose and taste better. It can also stay for a long time.
